This has been my "when I have time" project for the week.  This is Camille Camera Bag from Swoon Sewing Patterns vintage collection! What an incredibly well written pattern! I was literally fearful of starting this pattern!! I felt for sure that THIS pattern would defeat me! I started with step 1.  I slowly went through the steps throughout the week.  I made it a point to do something everyday! One day I merely sewing a few stitched to attach the handles, just to say I sewed every day!! Before I knew it, today was here and it was almost done!!! I was so excited!! I finished it!! 

I put captions with each photo, but I'll give a brief description of the bag.  This is a beautiful vintage camera bag with 2 slip pockets, 2 lens pockets and an area large enough to fit my camera with a lens on it.  There is one slip pocket on the outside and one on the inside! The entire bag is layered with foam to protect the electronics!  The inside slip pocket is large enough to fit my ipad WITH it's otterbox defenders case!! It's a beast, but still fits! 

The exterior fabric I picked specifically for this pattern! The fabric is a retired print by Riley Black.  I thought it would be fun to put the fabric of a Polaroid camera on a bag for a modern camera! The interior fabric was just some fabric I thought would match.  I'm not sure of its designer or where I bought it.
